As the Litigation Manager of a national company I have had the ability to work with many mediators around the country and have found Tom Tobin to be one of the best.

During my 29 years as a structured settlement broker, I have been involved in over 2,000 mediations all over this country. The ones that didn't ended up in either jury verdicts or settlements higher than what he could have gotten them to settle for-so the insurance carriers know they need to listen to him.
